Thank you for that I have downloaded it but still trying to get it to work.

there is afew like omni d1 omni d2 omni d3 do i have to get all of them or somthing?

You would need to get a set with all three disks i.e:

... Omni-Play Horse Racing (1989)(SportTime)[cr PNA](Disk 1 of 3)
... Omni-Play Horse Racing (1989)(SportTime)[cr PNA](Disk 2 of 3)
... Omni-Play Horse Racing (1989)(SportTime)[cr PNA](Disk 3 of 3)

The ones with an [a] mean that they are an alternate disk... Not sure what the difference are though, sometimes it's just a high scrore table etc.

Thank you for that I got it working.

Does anyone know how to extract files from the ADF files so i can edit them.

To extract files from the .adf use Total Commander with the AmigaDX plugin.

Total Commander:

AmigaDX Plugin:

To edit the files you would need a Hex Editor... See this thread:
