VERY slow shipping. It took 3 WEEKS to get the order out of the office. They should improve their dispatch time as it really can't take this long (even if they attended to Amiga Event 2010). And this isn't the first time.

What did you buy, hese?

The time taken to ship an item very much depends on exactly what it is that you have bought.

NOS items, because of the length of time between manufacture and sale, require full QA testing before dispatch to make sure that the item has not deteriorated while in storage.

Of course, if the item you bought was a SanDisk 4GB CF card, then your concern is understandable.
