cd volume (iso)

hi toni,
could it be possible to add a way to set the volume of an cdda image ??
i tested xenon 2 cdtv but the music cdda is too loud, i can't hear sound fx even if i set 100 % sound output in the gui.

Can be done now, 2.5 betas finally have some free space in GUI.
