Hi,
I sold mine. Mainly used it for transferring files and ADF's from the PC by burning them onto CD - Now I just use a serial cable. |

I still use mine when i get the chance to go on it and i want to install some cd based software.

I've had DVD burners in all my big box machines for ages, but recently I bought an external SCSI DVD burner to use with all my desktop machines simply due to the economy and ease of sharing large amounts of data between PC and Amiga on disc.
I use zip/jaz drives and CF cards to share data between Amiga and PC too, but it's always nice to have choice. Besides, I've got far too many shop-bought and warez CDs/DVDs for Amiga to not be able to at least access an optical drive from any given Amiga at my place! |
