a3k DENEB USB/ZorRAM

Well in the next month or 2 gonna have some spare cash so was thinking of a small upgrade for my a3k. From what i read the ZorRAM works with the buster 7 .. so great that isn't a worry. The deneb usb controller I have a few questions.. First being will it work (dma no concern right now pio is fine) with no problems in my current set up being 3.1 rom, 2 meg chip, 4 meg fast, i hope the 128 zorram, 030/25. I want to put a self powered usb hub on , a usb network card, cd-rom, mouse and from time to time a hardrive/flash drive for some quick transfers. Think I will have any hickup's? should i dump os 3.1 for 3.9? I currently have classic workbench pack loaded on the a3k. On a side note i want the usb networking just to access my amiga files on my pc and be able to do some surfing on the net (like aminet etc nothing intense).
Any thoughts ?

Well if i were you I`d upgrade the buster to rev-11. AmigaKit has busters for 40 bucks.
