A4000T fast ram help.
Hi guys. Having a problem with my AT 4000T. I have an apollo 3060 with 060 at 50mhz with 64 meg of ram and a picasso iv installed.
The amiga recognises the 64mb ram on the accelerator card but no recognising the ram on the motherboard. Another thing is my amiga for some reason is only seeing the cpu as an 040 not 060 for some reason. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Marc |

What tool do you use to check your config? I would suggest you to use latest Whichamiga (https://www.sintonen.fi/sw/WhichAmiga_beta.lha). Maybe stupid question, but do you use Apollo 060 libraries? My A4000T is on recap now and I have Apollo 3060 too so next month I will be able to test compatibility of both.

A lot of the older system analysis utilities (vintage SysInfo, ShowConfig, etc.) will report an 060 as an 040. Nothing to worry about, it's normal. It's because the 060 didn't exist at the time those tools were written!
