Extra up is simply a button connected to joystick up. It's not a real 3rd button (which Amigas do actually support).

I have this old beast I don't k now who built it but its un killable I love it, had to rewire the guts of it as the mca stick cut into the wires, so in true arcade stile I rewired it with part of a loom from a cab and glued the wires asside from the stick it has mca button as well

@T_hairy_bootson if you look for short tail mca buttons seen here http://www.kfe.com.au/images/mca%20hoz%20switches.jpg will solve your clearance problem KFE has them listed in stock http://www.kfe.com.au

Just a guess.. if it has 33mm buttons, it could be 140x100x50
