Hi Thals, have you had a chance to put up the CSA Magnum 40/4 manual I sent aaages ago?

I've also got the manual scanned for a Sprit HDA-506, and the software for that. Would you like 'em?

If you ever need any help just ask. BBoAH has gone down hill dramatically.

You can always help by providing information, photos, manuals and particularly install disks.

How exactly should one go about doing that? I have a Comspec ARM-1000 Kickstart switcher, an SA-1000 SCSI interface (and matching external SCSI chassis) and an AX-1000 and AX-2000 (the 1MB and 2MB Amiga 1000 models) and would be willing to provide both technical information and high-res photos if it would be of interest to you.

Ah, very nice Comspec collection!
You can send photos and additions to the site to lex@amyx.de. Talking about additions, the Autoconfig ID of ARM-1000 is still missing (if it has any).

Regarding the photos:
As this are all external expansions, I'd really like to have some photos of the case (if possible shot in an angle, like http://amiga.resource.cx/photos/cortex580 or http://amiga.resource.cx/photos/alterex1002) and of both sides of the board. If the expansion consists of more than one part (SA-1000), pics of all parts are certainly welcome!

Thanks,
Joerg

Thanks Thals, you've done a really nice job of tidying that up - can I ask what software you use?

I've put the Spirit HDA-506 manual on my site. If you tidy that one up at all it might help!

Thanks for keeping it up to date, this really is a great resource. I'll put the driver disks up on my site later and drop you a PM!

I've also got a XEBEC 9270H controller and SASI->ST-506 bridge external box... Pics and drivers for that forthcoming, too!

I'm using Finereader for OCR and Pagemaker for DTP - but the actual choice is only of secondary importance, the result can also be achieved with other programs.

Use to work for the company.

I'll take some photos (all angles, both side of the boards and all that) this weekend and send them to you. I'm a lousy photographer so getting decent shots should prove challenging. Frankly, some of the ones on your website look like they were professionally done.

I'll look into that as well.

Ok, after a huge hunt around I managed to find the driver disk for the HDA-506 too!

The driver disks for:
- Xebec 9270h (WB1.2)
- Spirit Insider
- Spirit HDA-506
- Tabby Graphics tablet

Are on chiark.co.uk , along with the manuals for HDA-506 and CSA 40/4

No worries, thanks for running the service. I've got the manual for tabby too, if you'd like it. Still got it in pagestream format too

I'll see if there's anything else I've got that you're missing: I found test disks from Commodore (ram tests, disk tests, etc) that could be useful to someone?
