Just enter anything you like at the copy protection screen.
Worked for me.

Actually there is something different to v1.5. Only tested in an emulator, but after you've entered the 3 symbols the font color changes slightly and you have to click on the right mouse button. Then it works, haven't played it yet though.

I used retroplays install.

The copy protection is disabled, just click any symbol and the game will start.

That sounds like there is debug code left in the slave, I'll check.

That is exactly what i noticed. I didn't try the right mousebutton will do this later. But it wasnt the font that changed but the background border colour changed red. I'll do a screenie and post it.

You don't have to post a screenshot, see my reply above. It is some of my debug code that I accidentally forgot to disable. I'll update the patch.

I ask because after perhaps 1 hour of game whdload quit with an error.(french version)

Same for me. I randomly get can't allocate expmem errors, both in WinUAE and on my A4000D/060 on french version.

this error is different and can't happen after some playtime, it means that whdload is unable to allocate a large memory chunk (>4MB in this case). if it happens randomly it is probably because your memory is fragmented after several applications are run
