WANTED: AMAS 2 (II) disk & manual

Hi, I bought one of these but it was just the unit, no manual or disk included, so I am looking for them.

A disk image and a scan/pdf of the manual will do fine.

AMAS? Do you mean the A-Max II Macintosh Emulator card?

No, he means the AMAS-II sampler/MIDI interface.
I have this device but I bought it without any of these items. I found them to be unnecessary anyway, but if anyone has them and can help Amigo, it would be great.
I would actually be interested in the bundled software, as per the description in this page, it sounds interesting:
