Just completed "Lost Planet: Extreme Condition" on the Xbox 360... It's a bit short but still a decent game

Now it's back to finishing Condemned 2 and a bit of online play with BF: Bad Company

When I get the time I've been playing Red Dead and Mass Effect 2. Also now that the ps1 emulator has recently been updated on the wii (wiisx) I've been playing Tron Bonne, Strider 2, Policenauts and RcDeGo.

"The Prison of Dragoth"
It's a custom dungeon to Dungeon Master (DOSBOX)
I know a game is addictive, when i return to play it again after one hour pause.

This morning/afternoon :
Beastlord - Interesting one. Didn't know it features quite a few action adventure elements. A bit like a playable version of Shadow of the Beast with a lot more character interaction, yet by far not the polished look and sound of SotB. Kinda thumbsup for that.
Better Dead than Alien - Pretty standard Galaga clone. Not really exciting.
Beverly Hills Cop - Wow, what a piece of crap. I mean it. Annoying controls (yet different for each stage) paired with a lack of enemy variation (you get an amazing 1 type of enemy per stage) and a completely dull level design. They really must have tried hard to make it that bad. Just skip it.
Bomb Jack - Hmm... Arcadish, not bad, kinda hard. Not really my cup of tea.
Boppin - Pretty simple gameplay, but they spiced it up with a lot of gimmicks. Worth a look for sure.

Currently :
Bram Stoker's Dracula - Let's see if it's really that bad...

Ultima 6 - FM Towns (Fujitsu) version with the UNZ emulator.

Easily the best version of the game IMO with full voice acting, nice graphics, etc:
[ Show youtube player ]

A must have version for Ultima RPG fans.
Works perfectly with the UNZ emulator:

There are some awesome games for the FM Towns computer system (Japanese).
I've also been playing Dungeon Master and Chaos Strikes Back (FM Towns versions) which are easily the best versions of the games with atmospheric, full audio soundtracks. These are in English as well.

Some awesome Wizardry games were also released with updated graphics, etc but seem to be only available in Japanese. Bummer

Completed Turrican II (amiga) and R-Type Leo (arcade/MAME). Now playing Turrican I on amiga and R-Type Delta on PS1 (really gorgeous game! stunning visuals and audio). Also been trying out some random SegaCD games, haven't found much worth mentioning except Terminator which is nice.

Its mad on PS3 don't you think? I loved playing it online with friends but its rock hard. Good job the credits are unlimited.

I'm playing Yakuza 3 and GoW 3 on PS3 at the mo' with the odd blast of Loco Roco 2 and LBP on PSP Go. I've been playing a few amiga games too, but not serious hour long sessions. Kid Chaos and Project X held my attention for a fair while though the other day (playing through a PSX Joypad adapter on a DS2 pad).
