What to do with a Very Cool but beat up old suitcase?

Here are the first pics of my In Progress "Amiga Utility Case".
It will come with me to the next big UK Amiga show!

What a lovely case... It is 60 years old. I have had it for 20 years.

Dunno who put the plane stencil on it, but it reminds me of Banshee!

A1200 4GB CF, ClassicWB Full. Blizzard 1230MkII (50mhz) 64MB RAM

Wireless LAN - no need for floppies

The hardest part of the project is yet to come....
Fitting a smallish LCD TV (RGB SCART) into the lid of the case! I am looking at a couple on EBay, but suggestions as to very slimline models welcomed!

I say, wot wot. Spiffing Case you've got their old bean. Raaather!

Although Wireless controllers would have been cool, but they cost a few quid and are probably shite.

I know how you feel: you trade one thing to another. I have put a few nickels on miggystuff last month. Didn't do any good to my bank account balance

If money is no object then you need an OLED display... Paper thin, lightweight, brilliant colours and brightness...

...is truly the next big thing in television technology. It boasts a 3 millimeter thin panel and offers unparalleled picture quality with amazing contrast, outstanding brightness, exceptional color reproduction, and a rapid response time. It delivers astounding performance in all the key picture quality categories. OLED technology can completely turn off pixels when reproducing black, resulting in more outstanding dark scene detail and a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1. OLED also creates unmatched color expression and detail and enables rapid response times for smooth and natural reproduction of fast moving images like those found in sports and action movie

Rabbit80, yeah, they'll actually probably be available by the time of the next big Amiga show!

My JoyTech PS2 screen is better than others I've looked at. http://www.gameseek.co.uk/pd/PS23uty...vel-Carry-Case

Was dead easy to solder an RGB cable.

But with a suitcase the size of Grandma's pants, you'd probably want a normal PC screen+VGA adapter.

UPDATE!

I got myself a 13" LCD screen which fits perfectly in the lid of the suitcase.
Here we can see it hooked up through AV composite...

Nifty Very Nifty

Really like the old case and am glad you did not butcher it (or if you did you have hid it well) as it would have been a shame.
