After a very long weekend break someone at my host finally got back to me and realised their mistake. However it seems now the database is not yet working which gives me a 503 error...fingers crossed it should be fixed soon.

 as the site still has not come back online.

Yeah, they seem to have given up and just want to take money but not offer any human support.
I am switching to a new host this week however the new host tells me I may need support from my current host in order to transfer files/databases. Hard to do when they do not reply to any emails any more. |
