Dune II Sound

Got a HD (but not WHDLoad) version of Dune II off the web last week.

Am not sure whether it's been messed about with but there is no music, and no speech on the intro screens. Is this right? I have only played the PC version before which I think had both.

The missing music seems strange, when I have it on a mod file for the Amiga

This situation occurs when You change name of main executable. No it is strange but that how it works. Rename EXE to "DuneII". If this file desn't have icon add one and run game only from this file.

Thanks, but have checked the files and am not sure what you mean.

The "EXE" file (the one that is 155, 136 bytes) is called DuneII

I think this is a broken version.

Does the Amiga version definitely have the cool music and speech?
