New Amiga game: Tenebra!

Hi all,

The Amiga version of my game Tenebra is finally ready: https://h4plo.itch.io/tenebra

Tenebra is an atmospheric puzzle game with rogue-like aesthetics. Guide the hapless protagonist to the exit, but also keep in mind that he is afraid of darkness and refuses to walk in the dark areas.

Move torches around, push lights on rails, find keys to doors, light up cold braziers, pass through archways that collapse behind you, find oil barrels to make your torches brighter, squeeze through cracks in broken walls, fix broken rails with a hammer, illuminate the sensors to open the exits... do whatever it takes to get out of there!

It comes in two flavours; classic 8-bit looks (non-interlaced) and enhanced looks (interlaced).

I hope you will enjoy it!

New Amiga game: Tenebra!

Nice,
question though. There was an Amiga demo called Tenebra (1995). One of the symbols in the demo look like the graphics for the main character in this game. Coincidence or am i missing something obvious here?

I had a very good time with the C64 Tenebra and its sequel. Great to see it land into the Amiga territory as well!

Am I correct in thinking the codes are different
between the Speccy and Amiga versions ?

Stuck on Level 11

Pure coincidence. Thanks for letting me know about the demo.

Yes, each platform has different codes. The levels are all the same though, so if you are stuck you can checkout a Specyy/C64/CPC walkthrough.

When I uploaded this new title I said to myself: "Really too minimal for AMIGA". Then I started playing and I couldn't stop anymore, SPECTACULAR as playability. I'm at 10 level, tonight I continue...

Tested from real floppy on Amiga1200 with VampireV2, no problems whatsoever, works like a charm.
