Nice introduction to Sensible Soccer. But I gotta say I misintepreted your post and thought there was a trailer for the new Sensible Soccer that's coming out this summer.

in one of the last issues of german print magazine AMIGA PLUS they had the original team membes of german premier league season 2006...to add to your own sensible game (just needed to replace some files...).

Eurogamer.net has an excellent preview on Sensible Soccer 2006 (hands-on I believe), and are VERY positive about it. Considering how critical they usually are, that's more than just a good sign.

Question only 24 Teams in a Cup?

I just wanted to play the WORLD CUP 2006 with SWOS - however it didn't work!

Am I correct that you can only have 24 Teams in a CUP played by Sensible Soccer?

Intriguing indeed. There's supposed to be a demo now, on the official PS2 and Xbox magazines.

I'm anxiously awaiting a copy to arrive in norwegian stores.

EDIT: on another note... HAPPY BIRTHDAY NORWAY!

Those who've played it thinks otherwise. They say it feels very much like the original. And if I'm correct, the ball isn't glued to the feet, and it's one of the first, if not THE first football game with 360 degrees controll.

well,i shoudnt say anything before i have played it,but the scenes after the player have scored(the small film clip),thats more like fifa then sensible and i suspect that there is plenty of unnecesary tricks you can do(like dribble the ball by pressing 1 button and so on) and that is not sensible, that is some sort of try to make a new fifa look alike game...correct me if im wrong...but if im not wrong, then its pretty dissapointing.
