I don't know if anyone cares but lots of new stock seem to have arrived in the UK.

Got one a little while ago. Not a bad unit. Mods are easy as well.

Many thanks for the tip Alex, I didn't think we'd see these for sale again outside of the scalpers. Got one.

I kinda want an European one just for the looks, but having a Raspberry Pi, I end up thinking "nah, rather not". Better things to be done with 80 quid IMO.

You can also use the external usb game launching method so your not restricted to the 250mb available on the snes mini.

I know what you mean, but i'm finding snes emulation on the pi hit and miss, esp. Superfx games. I've used it to play a few brilliant titles like prince of persia and actraiser which worked perfectly but yoshi's island just isn't right on any of the emulators.

It helps that I was planning to play 75% of the games listed on the snes mini anyway. Yeah 80 quid is a lot to drop but it's quality stuff and hassle free.

For those of us on the other side of the pond interested in this gizmo, sellers on Amazon US are currently selling the better looking (like the euro one) Super Famicom Mini for about $90.

If you didn't already know you can flash it with Hakchi to add more games or even Retroarch and make it multi-console.

It can't emulate Amiga, so it's a no.

It emulates c64. And retroarch has a p-uae core. So I dont see why it wouldn't?

Sorry, I was joking. That interface looks pretty enough, anyway.
Well, I have an ARM Cortex A7 Android machine with a Mali 400 GPU, although that has 2 GB RAM, and it emulates a 1 Meg A500 pretty well, so yes, it is totally possible.

Just looked today on Amazon and the price has shot up to over £100. Glad I ordered mine for £79.99.

I wanted one (and also a Nes mini), but instead I just went the route of RetroPie. Far easier to get and you can just put any game on it that you want for almost any system (including Amiga, although its fiddly). Plus hook up your favorite game controllers

And as friend RetroManCave shows, you can make your Pi look like a mini Amiga

I did think it looked cool but also thought £80 pounds was a bit much I've seen real ones in pawn shops sell for about this and though that was expensive.

A lot of Retro stuff seems expensive to me at the moment when you can get a Pie or Android box that will emulate most consoles, play movies and pretty much everything for about £30

There is a Chinese fake copy on Amazon for £34.99. It says it has 400 games installed.
