WHDLoad Key File

I was wondering if it be ok now to share a key that I have,its a crack key that I got when I downloaded a torrent file called Ultimate Amiga Archive,Now you don't need to register WHDLoad,it would not hurt,I was thinking of this cos I use old versions of WHDLoad and that will show the register panel..

I am glad I registered WHDLoad,Put something back in to the community.

What do you think..?

Delete it. Most of the "cracked" keys are blacklisted from Bert anyway (in WHDLoad itself).

A question about the key. I had it in my Amiga, and then I upgraded to 8.6 (AKReal) that updates the whdload version and now the key isn't needed.

So I deleted the key, just to try... but my name as registered keeps being there when I run a game.

How can I get rid of my personal key in this amiga, what do I have to delete/change?

It is of course not okay!
The license for pre 18.2 version has not changed, so why it should be ok??????????

If it displays your name then there is still your keyfile present. WHDLoad searchs for the key in some locations. You may use SnoopDos to check where WHDLoad finds the key.

Sorry thought WHDLoad was free for all the versions,I guess not,key has been deleted anyway,all done.

If you use old versions, maybe you have reasons for that. But personnaly I never had to revert back to an old one.

Maybe report bugs to Bert: ex: games which work for you with whdload 16 and don't anymore with v18.2?
Or try JST
