Question a500 with cd, hdd, and c64 drive?

Could some one please help me get WinUAE set up to run the following hardware configuration?
a500 with a590 and hard disk, a570 cd drive, and a 5 1/4 drive for d64 images (for " '64 emulator II ")

I don't think both A590 and A570 can work at the same time due to hardware conflicts.. (afaik both assume DMAC chip at first autoconfig slot)

A590: Advanced chipset panel A590/A2091 SCSI. Add hdf normally, set controller type to SCSI. Note: you must have A590/A2091 boot ROM image in same directory as your KS roms. (Detected by ROM scanner, Path panel has rescan button)

A570: Advanced chipset panel, tick CDTV CD and CDTV SRAM. Use 2.30 A50/CDTV ROM.

5.25" drive: 40 tracks or 80 tracks? 40 track = 5.25" SD in floppy panel. 80 track is exactly same as 3.5" DD. Only difference is physical size of media, disk images are exact same.
