Top down four split-screen game.
I remember this demo was on a coverdisk (most likely The One) and was going to send off for the full version but never did.
It was a charming independent game that made a big thing of it's tiny graphics, called something like pixel something or tiny something or mini something??? I don't know almost like Micro machines but with much smaller graphics. Definitely a top down game where I think you had to collect flags or something and return them to base and you could steal flags from the other bases. There were land an sea sections on the map. Seem to remember these tiny tanks on the screen. I think you could pick which vehicle you could ride/drive from a tiny boat to a tank etc but you were limited in the demo in what vehicles you could pick (This part could be imagined though) Seem to remember it being multi-player?? Also seem to remember the screen being divided into four screens for some reason, again, not certain about this Anyone able to help? |

Tanx'n stuff perhaps?
http://hol.abime.net/5394/screenshot In case of need, you can check the coverdisk directly on AMR: http://amr.abime.net/coverdisk_scans_7 http://amr.abime.net/coverdisk_index_7 |

Tanx 'n Stuff! Thanks a million lilalurl. That's it! That Tiny Troops looks cool too Coagulus, might give it a try.
Thanks for the links also. One Amiga 68, that's the one. Will download the demo. Anyone have the full version of Tanx 'n Stuff? Really wish I sent off for the full version at the time - if it can't be recovered I'll be gutted! |
