It's real, since this is the company Hyperion signed a partnership deal a few weeks ago. Check the similar threads box down this page.

This is the biggest and clearest sign of OS4 getting released so far for classic Amiga's with PowerUP cards but I will be sceptic until I have a copy in my cd-drive on my A4000 and installing it

Since the time of that jpeg I scanned (above) an official hi res version has been posted by acube. (much better detail and clearer)
