Well, it makes no sense to just "assume" things (although they're might be obvious!)

HOL in its starting days had once made wrong assignments to "Howie", a handle which is used BOTH by Ian Howe and Howard Ball -- these had to be correctly separated later on.

For me, it *does* make sense that Steven Howe has first programmed STEIGAR back in 1989, together with Mr. Beal (graphics) & Mr. Cann (sound);

(Side-note: Mr. Cann's first name is still unknown to this day, only the fact that it starts with "D" is confirmed.)

then, after showing that he *can* code, he moved on to bigger projects and teams like Images Design etc.
