It seems, that this game is rather unknown.
At least it seems a commercial release in the USA in 1988.
So its worth to create entry, i think!

scene release only, but if a game has manual protection, it seems more tan likely, that it is a commercial release, right?

So you have found a new disk image? Incognito Software doesn't have any other commercial releases. Any mention in a magazine of the game or the company would surely help a lot to investigate further.
