Supra External Drive
What is it? I've seen this device commented on and would like to understand the product.
Thank you |

Supra made 3.5" DD floppy drives and 3.5" hard disks as external.
The DD floppy is a normal aftermarket external floppy drive. The external hard disk requires a SCSI controller and the cable has a supra specific proprietary pinout. Which one do you have? |

Actually, I bought a 1200 recently and it came with several items including a SupraDrive. I had it shipped to Nebraska but I'm currently in Arizona so I won't know what version I have until I'm home. I found info that described the drive as both a diskette drive and a hard drive and wanted to clarify (is it a HD or 2.5, interface, etc.) Thank you (Oh, the SD was part of a "grab bag") that came with what I wanted, the A1200.
