Phalanx II - The Return - non [b corrupt files] disks...
Heya guys,
I wasn't going to post this but... ...was looking through TOSEC and there are no good disks for this game: a) Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h Demolition][b corrupt files].adf b) Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h Demolition][b corrupt files][a hacktro removed].adf c) Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h PHR-Crew][b corrupt file].adf From analysing each with "ADF-Workshop": Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h Demolition][b corrupt files].adf: Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h PHR-Crew][b corrupt file].adf Luckily the corrupt files on each disk are different so, have now create a new disk that doesn't have any bad files ...probably the best we'll get without an original / IPF. Ooops, messed up the disk in Post #1
...this has now been updated accordingly. <note to self; test as thoroughly as you can before posting in public> Quote:
It could go either way with swapping the "Stage3" and "Stage4" files... Again, without an original it's impossible to know what order to put them in. At least now all stage files are not corrupt and different Last edited by DamienD; 11 September 2017 at 22:20. |

Also, the "Stage1" files are different sizes between each bad disk
I've looked at both and here's the difference: 1) From "Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h Demolition][b corrupt files].adf": 2) From "Phalanx II - The Return (1987)(Kingsoft)[h PHR-Crew][b corrupt file].adf": I've used the 1st disk's file as it seems more complete although missing the word "Time" vertically so not perfect Again guys, this is probably the most accurate disk you will get |
