The worst box art ever

Nothing ground breaking folks, but worth a little read, if only just to raise a smile at how poor that baseball game's cover is!

To this day I've never realised why the kid on the Ruff'n'Tumble box looked like Freddie Starr.

i like bad art from the eighties, as it qualifies perfectly its age, and it was ok for the kind of entertainment it proposed, like: "this a cheap game with a cheap illustration and packaging design, it's up to you fill the holes with your imagination!". ruff and tumble instead is just bad, because it's to self-stating and styled that you cannot ignore it, but the content, the face of the character tell you to stay away from the game!

That's another design crime. But a lot of the old UK covers for the C-64 or Amiga were far beyond the human imagination.

I don't think the Viz art box is too bad... It's based on the comic so I think it fits well

Considering how awesome the artwork in Hired Guns is (in game) its amazing just how shite the box art is.

Seriously, it looks like it was drawn but some talentless 15 year old.
