My 8 Bit 4 Channel Module finished last.
But I don't care, because for me, being there and show a song by me for the first time to the international demoscene was the only important thing. Actually, I have been rated with more than a half points than the second one and near the half of the points of the first one and also, my song sounded impressively good in the main hall of the Breakpoint and people was able to heard me. My song was risk: 4 channel 8 bit samples 100% stereo, totally AMIGA (Well, I've fixed and finished it with Octamed) and experimental electronic music in the best German electronic pionneers way. (Impressive, a Spanish trying to revitalize in Germany their electronic roots) Well, now I am ready for more parties if my job and money let me PS: Now I am thinking on a reworking and "demoscenefocusing" of my personal website. Also now I have ordered and packed all my more than 25 hours of module music I've done since 1996 to be open finally to the international demoscene. (Breakpoint was my first demoparty abroad and my first demoparty since BCN PARTY 2006) Last edited by Xenon; 15 April 2009 at 17:33. |

Xenon, good on you man.
As a matter of fact, I am folding back to my roots again and returning to demoscene activity. I'm looking for a couple of groups to join (64 and Amiga only) Hard as it seems to think about it, releasing stuff at a demoparty saved my life from a big depression in 1999. It was my first party attending + release BEfore that I would make the music just to myself while I watched with big admiration the foreign demoscene (then I found otut that late there was a very small local one!) The feeling of releasing and showing your stuff to people on one of those partyrooms, is indeed special. |
