File picker dialog not opening in 32-bit version (Win10)

Hi Toni,
I've tried using the latest WinUAE stable (3.4.0) and I can't get the file picker dialog to work in the 32-bit version. Works fine in the 64-bit one. Clicking the "Select Image File" button does nothing.

I seem to notice this in the bootlog:
GetOpenFileNameX() failed, err=0.

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit Insider Preview 16184.rs_prerelease.170424-2211. Yes, I'm one of the few fools that actually runs an insider preview on his main PC

I wonder what's happening?

Bootlog attached.
Attachment 52990

Thanks

the issue is with the insider preview not WinUAE, it's been broken from all the builds after the creators update was officially released.

Best to go back to that, or copy and paste your file path directly into the text area.

Cheers, I kept googling stuff like "file picker" but I couldn't find anything.

Looks like I should just bear with it, I'm sure they'll fix this with the next beta

Works fine here (16184, currently downloading 16188), so I guess this bug also depends on something else.

From what I read the bug was related to the locale (didn't happen in English).

I have British English set on my PC - but it's usual Windoze stuff so it's half-italian in some parts.

Anyway, build 16188 fixed it. Yay

English UK didn't work, the latest one does though.
