Is there an OS 3.9 Install guide?

I want to install OS 3.9 in WinUAE, but I'm not really sure where to begin. Is there anything that could help me get the OS installed with all the fancy features like Picasso and so on?

For Picasso96, check that you have configured some RTG memory in WinUAE, then the P96 install script will do everything for you. Just click on continue on all questions. After that reboot and choose a new graphics mode in the ScreenMode prefs program.

It is much more detailed but it does not install your CD-ROM drive (it is meant for older versions of WinUAE).
