Those multiple games on one disk releases.

Back in the day there were loads of floppies shared

that had numerous games ripped and compressed to fit several onto one floppy disk.

Is there a comprehensive list of these? Are they available as standard .adf images?

Does your list capture all the multigame disks, or just those with hidden games?

Like s2325 said have a look on the file server in 'Commodore_Amiga/TOSEC/Compilations/Games (TOSEC-v2012-12-20_CM)' for starters

It's list of games which are not visible in filename.
I know 2 official compilations: Dizzy Collection http://hol.abime.net/370 and Raiders http://hol.abime.net/5003 - on this compilation games have different title screens.
