I'd like to know what releases Hexuma Demo and Fears Preview were from? SPS site says Hexuma was a Promo, but Promo from what? Fears Preview was a Coverdisk, but which one?

If so, I have it, please, let me know how I can get the ipf from the original floppy.

I'm looking for the ipf of US version (NTSC) of Nitro (Psygnosis), is it available somewhere?

Can anyone help me finding a NTSC copy of Nitro? Either the original ipf or an adf without cracktro would be fine... thanks...

TjLaZer created a WHDLoad NTSC version: /~Uploads/TjLaZer/WHDLoad_NTSC/Nitros_NTSC.zip

Maybe if it contains a disk image and not files, you can grab this out?

...but that's also assuming it's the NTSC version and not just the tooltype used in the slave.

You could try reading through his thread: WHDLoad NTSC versions!, to see if there's more information related to this install.

Thanks DamienD, I downloaded the zip file and inside there is a disk.1 file of 1MB.
I suppose it is the game but I don't know how/if is possible to write it on a floppy.
If I correctly understood, someone on the thread you linked said that he renamed the file in disk1.adf and wrote it on a floppy... I'll try to do this but I'm not very optimistic...
I'll let you know how it goes...

Fears was on an... AUI Coverdisk, I think? I'd need to see a screenshot to be sure.

Edit: AUI Superdisk 54.

No luck writing the disk.1 file on a floppy using powercopy and if I try to write it with tsgui the program, obviously, says that the file is bigger than the media.
Has anyone successfully wrote a *.1 file on a real floppy disk?

I would guess that the file is an .IPF and not an .ADF as it's 1MB in size as opposed to 880KB.

I have a copy of Paperboy (just the disk, no box).

I made Stream files and a ctraw file a while back and sent them to SPS. Naturally I haven't heard back (yet).

Denis; would these be O.K. to make an official IPF?
(I already have an unofficial one (Barry made it for me).

Thanks DamienD for your help...
I renamed the file into disk.ipf and tried to write it on a real floppy using my kryoflux but still no luck...

So the unofficial one that's on the server is the best I can hope for.

This mastering error; does that not mean that an official IPF could be made since all copies would have it?

It was also on Amiga Power Coverdisk 50a and CU Amiga Disk 118, so which one was IPF #2545 dumped from?

Not necessarily, I sent my UK copy of Menace to SPS and that one helped make IPF #0823 as there were no mastering errors on the disk!

It's not an IPF it's an image made with RAWDIC so unlikely it will write back to a disk, when it was created the WHDLoad installer may have skipped things like the protection track.

So, as soon as I have a moment, I'll try to find a command to write back a rawdic image in a real floppy disk... thanks for the hint...
