I remember reading from Amiga on the Lake they were due to start shipping on August 23rd? Did that happen? I still see my orders are processing.

I emailed them on Monday and they responded that they’ve begun shipping “to our first pre-order customers.”

He didn’t mention whether or not I was in that group. I ordered 10/21/18. Maybe we all did?

I ordered about the same time. I know it was in the first day or two he announced orders being accepted. I guess we will see.

The A1200 case I ordered and received over a year ago is still listed as Awaiting Fullfillment so I wouldn’t depend on that.

This is a great cause of concern... Anybody whom can share their other experiences with this company would be greatfuly appreciated along with any folk whom have received their new A1200 keyboards.

I contacted them regarding my A1200 replacement keyboard I ordered but their was not a single word of where I was in the que.

I've placed two orders with Amiga on the Lake, nothing but nice things to say about them. The first was for a transparent A1200.net case and some bits, the second for 3.1.4 ROM and some bits. Shipping to Australia was quick and packaging was good. They did forget to send serial numbers with the ROMs but rectified that as soon as I told them.

I found this photo at the AOTL site. I was going to wait to purchase once these were finished. Is the color really supposed to be that light?

Hi all,

I was away the last 3 weeks, even got caught up in Hurricane Dorian, it made quite the mess.

The black keycaps are darker than that picture, the light on that photo makes them look lighter than what they are, but they are not completely black

I just received the keycaps for the A600MX keyboard...

below are some pictures...

This is designed to be a total replacement for the A600 keyboard and not just a replacement membrane. It is using CherryMX switches and keycaps. There are a couple of differences to this compared to the original keyboard. It will include a nice LED replacement with a nice cable that can be easily connected/removed

- The spacebar is the same size as the A1200
- The Alt and Amiga keys are slightly smaller.

The Keyboard has the capability of controlling the Goteks buttons. The keycaps are available now, there is no moulds required to produce the keycap sets as they were already produced for the A1200. It connects to the A600 motherboard using the 30 pin connector.

This keyboard is not set up to function as a USB keyboard. If people are interested then this can be sold in kit form which would include the PCB, plate, Cherry MX switches, LED board and the keycaps. The level of soldering required would be at what i would consider a 6/10 skill level and of course possessing a good soldering iron, flux etc.

P.S. I know i used a black Esc key instead of the proper "HELP" keycap... damn, i lost the damn thing

P.P.S.The a500MX keyboards are being prepared to ship

Nice work, I have a couple of questions:

Will it be possible to use the keycaps from a1200.net crowdfunding campaigns with this keyboard?

Will it be possible to buy it from within EU, ordering stuff from the US incurs many extra costs for me.

No, the mounting is totally incompatible.
