looking for a football game
a friend of mine is looking for this but is too lazy to register on here himself, so i understand if you feel you shouldn't help him
heres his description of it "i've never found a football game i bought on either the c64 or amiga..and you starred as a footballer and during the match it would display you on a pitch infront of a goal with a circle with a arrow keep moving back and forwards in the 180 degree's and you had to press space bar to shoot at that angle..the better you got the more you was worth and the faster the circle thing would move has you got promoted to higher divisions...i remember it was a budget title..." i remember an amiga game like he describes but cant think what it was called? |

Yeah that definitely sounds like football of the year!!
You had to answer questions to get a chance of scoring goals, this was a classic game in its day! |

some alternatives
Yeah FOTY 1 and 2 where both great games remeber that cool tune (both amiga and c64)
Anyway games that much remined me of that ilk where as someone said on budget games! maybe some of these names may spring to mind (for the budget label!) Zepplin games Rainbird Silverbird Firebird Mastertronic Alternative software The hit squad Codemasters Maybe it could have been on one of those labels if not why not check out http://www.lemon64.com/ they have just about every c64 game out and most of the amiga stuff was converted to and from c64 // RetroMan : donĀ“t use direct signature, use your UserCP instead ...
