MIST FPGA and Amiga 500 keyboard via Arduino

Hello. Does anyone connect A500 keyboard to MIST FPGA? I connected it via Arduino Leonardo. It works, but not entirely. Both Shifts, ctrl, "Amiga" (on minimig core) doesn't work. I checked it on Minimig and Mistery cores. Everything seems to be ok if I connect it to the PC or RPI. Is there a way to fix it up?
