Is it possible to change the floppy's bitrate?

As the title says, is it possible, to change the default transfer rate (253360 bps) of the floppy devices? For example, if i put an 5.25' floppy into the machine, is it possible to set it to exactly 250000, just like in the 1541?

There's some acceptable slop on reading, but I don't think you can change the write speed. In fact the trick to reading 1541 disks on an Amiga 5.25" drive is to physically adjust the speed of the drive so it reads the 1541-formatted disks at the rate the Amiga expects.
