CD32 ISOs required: Here's a list...

I'm looking for three CD32 ISOs. If you know where I can get them please let me know:

Benefactor
Flink
Liberation: Captive II

Additionally any/all of Team17's CD32 titles as I intend to start hostnig those at Dream17.

I had Flink - it was one of the games that came with my first CD32. Good stuff.

Unfortunately I don't have an FTP server, which is a shame. Anyone else willing to host the files for me...?

cant you just make an ftp server on your HD?

could not be simpler

or transfer them on a file transfer program like soulseek, or even icq..

My website is entirely in HTML, I designed it primiarily using Netscape Composer, and I know as much about FTP as the average Garden Gnome. So... probably not, no.

Done and done.

Incidentally I've found Benefactor but I can't seem to find the version with CD audio, which is why I'm looking for the CD32 version (the music on the floppy version is similar but doesn't pack the same punch). Any leads?

A lossy copy, yes. Ape, flac or la are much better because they are lossless formats.

It may be lossy, but it's not like I ripped these myself!!

And to be honest I cant see the user noticing a huge difference -- can you?

Depends on the user and the bitrate. It's pretty easy to tell the difference at 128 and 192 kbps. 320 kbps is better, but still not as good as lossless. If you want to go with lossy formats ogg and musepack are definitely better. The only advantage of mp3 is actually the compatibility so if that's what you're after it's a different matter. Not that it's difficult to download codecs and stuff for the rest but still...

What I wanted to say is, if you can't live with a small quality loss, then go to ebay and get yourself an original copy of the game.

Besides, in most cases of old games, the music isn't very complex and you won't hear a difference between MP3s and the original uncompressed music. Most people state that they can hear a difference, but mostly only because they expect a difference...

Hooray, now I need to find a Cue File Generator because Benefactor refuses to copy with the CD Audio Tracks, and Flink is doing the same thing! Hooray!

(I'm using Nero 6)
