Premier Manager 3 Deluxe HD install problem

Hi,
having issues with PM3 Deluxe HD install.

Works well when playing the game from images-floppies under emulators, no matter if I use latest WinUAE 2.6.1 version or 1.6 version or even WinFellow (I use it sometimes on my very old and slow laptop). Problems occur when I install the game on hard drive (hdf file) and then run the game. No matter what emulator or settings I use, the game freezes after the title screen.
Seems I am not the only one expierencing this problem, this user has the same issue but with the real hardware and AGA version (I use 500 version). I pmed him weeks ago but he's not active on the board anymore.

I have tried the adf images-StingRay's crack of the game and ipf images as well. I own the original game and the code wheel so no problem with protection check. Both adf and ipf version freezes. Premier Manager 3 works with no problem after installing on hard drive, both cracked adf images and ipf images.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem with PM3 Deluxe-Amiga 500 version? What might cause this strange behaviour?
