The first Amiga game I saw, was "Pinball Dreams" on a friend's A600 back in 1993.
Then, when in 1998 I discovered WinUAE, Pinball Dreams was the first game I tried! |

The first game I saw was "Le Manoir de Mortevielle" (Morteville Manor). This mystery adventure game contained synthetized speech and very atmospheric footstep sound samples.
I was so amazed ! Oh my god, the computer is talking to me, and in french ! I owned a C64 at the time. What a difference! |

Also the A500 Plus wasn't released until 1991 (I got one then when I was five years old), must have been a standard A500
EDIT: Erm, unless you first saw the Amiga in 1992 and not 1988... |

Mine was Great Giana Sisters. I actually had a copy before I owned an amiga. A friend had just purchased an amiga 500 (shipped with WB 1.2) I had it with Defender of the Crown, and Ports of Call for about 2 months before getting my amiga 2000.

The first ever game I witnessed was TV Sports Football. A mate of mine had bought an A500, and he & his brother used to play it. He challenged me to a game, whupped my arse big style, and from then on I was hooked (eventually did learn to trash the git.....lol). After that it was downhill all the way with other mates, including a Sensi Soccer league once a week with 8 of us....(just a good excuse for a beerup really.....lol).

OOh Mindshadow - originally saw that on the Atari ST - damn good game. That and Borrowed Time (again on the ST) were my first real adventure games where I really wanted a 16-bit machine.

Very first game I saw on Amiga was Warhead and I loved it immediately.
Less than a year later, I bought my first A500 and spent the whole summer playing sooooooooo many games! (mostly TurricanII, SpeedballII, Dungeon Master and Monkey Island! ) |

The first game that made my jaw drop was Defender of the Crown. It was an original game and looked and sounded like nothing I had ever seen or heard before. I was also well impressed with The Pawn and The Faery Tale Adventure.
Those were such good days. |

Blood Money.
I didnt liked the game (It was difficult and I'm one of the worldest worst players), but the intro made me implore my father to buy an Amiga 500. Spectrum +2 had no chances and later i found AmigaBasic pretty cool. -My- first 'game' was in fact Soundtracker 1.0 |

Hmm hard to remember, but it has to be one of the late 80's games. A handful of games with strong memories: Barbarian, Brataccas, Rolling Thunder, Vampire's Empire.
