Strider of Feral Lands - a game inspired by Moonstone
I'm working on a game that is heavily inspired by Moonstone and will hopefully be completed this year.
Videos can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/user/AnachronisticGames A production thread about the game here: http://www.bigbluecup.com/yabb/index.php?topic=39841.0 Last edited by Zappa; 25 January 2010 at 17:46. |

Looks promising actually! Seems like the combat system is already in a certain state of working, which is admirable to say the least for a game of this kind.
Hope you get to finish your project! Moonstone is one of those games that is held in high regard here, so you'll probably find some fans if you shout loudly enough |

Looks great, and it stays true to the classic! When do you expect to launch?

Thanks for the interest.
Well, as it's been said in the production thread, we want to have it ready in summer, but it might take a bit longer. Definitely 2010 though. |

perhaps a little less intense white in the eyes as they now really grab all the attention away from the otherwise quite beautiful artwork. You have some talented artists.

Thanks, gimbal. It's only one artist who does all of the work though, except for some symbols and items I'm doing. Up until now it's a two-men project.

Looks fantastic.
A classic Amiga port would make my year! If horsepower is needed, then maybe an AmigaOS4 port for the AmigaOne X1000 launch!? |
