Blitz Drawing program

Hi,

Wanted to know if there was ever a drawing program made for blitz to draw Bobs/Sprites?

I wrote one in C many years ago which let you draw 16x16 images, animate them and lay them out in a map if you were painting background.

I uploaded the converter for that draw program. It take the RAW map tiles which are 16x16 256 color and saves them a BMP files.

I used them in other things I was writing. The converter comes with source not written by me.

I uploaded the Oracle Virtual Box DOS VM to github. You can run the VM and compile the draw program.
