Anti-Virus Software

Has anyone got any Anti-Virus software (adf), that they can recommend.... something that works with WinUAE properly.

and if poss can you give me details on the software?

Have you checked out these folks yet? They even have a DB to search for known Amiga viruses

Yep Thats a great site Be sure to grab Virus Executor which is (IMO) the best

cool, but is are they available in adf, or has anyone got anti-virus on an adf?

I'm not sure I have any that are in adf format but I'll check my collection just in case

BTW - you can use WinUAE to create adf's. Just run the various apps under wb like Tracktool, Tracksaver GUI, etc... to create a new adf file.

I've done this many times to see if it works or not. It seems to work just fine.

EDIT: I found one at least, a TOSEC release. Not sure how up to date it is however It's in the zone.

by using WinRAR i can extract the LHA file, then copy the files into my virtual HD and create an adf, but i'm a lazy git

It's in the zone now. Yes it's bootable.

Has a very recent virus database from either 2001 or perhaps even 2002!

The site stopped having normal bootable images lying there so you have to make your own?
