Portable bytekiller cruncher

As promised, another free part of the Sqrxz source: It's just a tiny C source, but probably useful for some.
The cruncher is in portable ANSI-C and can be used for cross-development.

Sorry missed that (always write me an email, when you need a quick reply ).

As far as I know there are no different versions of the Bytekiller decrunch routine. There is just the usual one.

You can use trackdisk.asm (td_loadcr) from the Solid Gold source for reference. Or loader.asm. Although these were modified to decrunch on the fly, while loading block after block from disk.
