Is there a doc around describing the zorro ii spec? signals and bus description, bus sharing/arbitration etc?

Whats good documentation for messing with the zorro ii slot etc?

IIRC it's documented in the official Hardware manual.

I have 3 versions of the hardware manual, cant find it in any of them. I know there is some in the last RKM (black cover one), but I dont have that edition.

i'll double check the ones I have, but I didnt see it when I looked earlier

You want the A500/A2000 Technical Reference Manual. It's available from www.bombjack.org.

Also see this posting for details of differences between the original and revised versions (but the differences don't cover anything relating to Zorro II).

The earliest public version of the Hardware Manual from 1985 contains some information about (what I assume was) the Zorro I expansion spec in Appendix G. That's just of historical interest now.
