Hum ... no Soundtracker/Protracker in there. The replay handles 5 octaves ... . I'd move it out of the "Protracker-Clone" list.
About "Championship Golf", can you give me the correct HOL ref ? I've found only the 1986 game, which, obviously, has no Sound/Protracker .

In fact, if you could provide us with all HOL links for your list, that would help.

Its more than likely not a Protracker clone.
I have called, because music files on DOS disks have "KMS" suffix.

I've wanted the G.nius music for about 15 years. Thanks to whoever ripped it.

I looked at "Hotel Detective" and I'd guess it's an early version of Mark II format.
I'm afraid that's all I could find. Just a tip

I always liked the intro tune of Dragonstrike, and I don't think it has been ripped. No idea what format it is, but a random page found with Google says it is composed on 'Dr. T'.

Chip's Challenge

Found another unripped exotic music.
The music in "Chip's Challenge" U.S. Gold release is in "Images Music System" format composed by "Jolyon Vincent Myers (JVM Design/The Judge"
