Hi DeCreator, what's the difference between ColoradoWHD11CFOU.lzx and the ColoradoWHD11.lzx file in the previous sets?

The slave version in the ColoradoWHD11.lzx file is 1.1 if you use a hex editor to look at it, this was by Mr.Larmer

The slave version for CFOU version is also 1.1 hence the CFOU tag at the end, he now has released a 1.2 so I will update the archive and test with the new slave soon.

Hope this helps.

I think Protector was one of the ones Galahad said he had finished but had not yet released, or he had given them to someone to release who had not yet done so.

True!!! :eek

Some years ago, our German amiga board was even shortly before a court trial because of copyright infringement!
There was an amicable arrangement that followed, implying that all these games will be blacklisted henceforth and must not be spread or requested anymore in any form.

Do remove it.

Er, most the games in the archive are still for sale if you look through most of the online shops (new, not second hand).

Games being sold should definitly be removed from spreading and as andreas says, trouble might come :/

I will remove the link from the original post, but as the file has been spread via emule now, if I delete that file from the archive it will change the checksum for it.

I will leave it to cody to decide how he deals with the file on his ftp

Not second hand? Depends on point of view, and how you define it.

I wouldn't want to see ORIGINAL distributors confused with "ordinary" selling firms. According to my knowledge, APC-TCP games are *made* and *distributed* by the company with same name.
Games sold by forematt & consorts are only distributed, but were produced by 3rd-party companies, with a lot of them being defunct now.
If the original company is defunct, it *MAY* as well be considered a kind of second hand, even though the games sold at forematt (et al.) are supposed to be sealed and in mint condition.

The ones I have recently bought from them are...

It's not exactly the same scenario, but it's close enough to affect everything. Just because somewhere selling one thing is the original distributor, doesn't make it more illegal then dustributing games that are still sold new by other distributors...
