Aynone want an Index amiga?

Hi guys!

I have a contact who may be getting 15 of these:

the down side is they will be going on ebay

what would one expect to pay for this thing? Bearing in mind it cannot have its 020 cpu changed and i doubt it has an fpu socket!

But having one inside a pc case and linking the two up with a serial/printer port network kit would be ace

*Forgot to say! anyone who's never seen this thing before... its a custom a1200 with 3.1roms and other goodies like a vga port and the ability to boot direct from cd-rom n stuff!

Ive seen a lot of amiga hardware on the net, but I have never seen anyone who have been using one of these. I have always thought that they didnt exist, but obviously they do since hes got 15. I would like to have one since its such a uniqe piece of Amiga hardware. very coolio

I'm guessing you mean the Amiga clones from Access Innovation?

Such a pity that the ones your contact has are the 020 and not the 030 version.

I would pay substantially more money for the 030 version than the 020 version. The 020 version just isn't meaty enough for my liking.

I would say he had more chance of selling them via a dedicated forum to people who know what they are, with the added bonus that he wouldn't have to pay Ebay any money.

Find out what prices he is thinking of cos I know im interested.
