Question Obscure StarSoft games

These 3 games were advertised in the USA MouseTrap sleeve. You can see scans here.

http://hol.abime.net/2524/boxscan
  • Aliants
  • Pirates of the Barbary Coast
  • Time Capsule

Time Capsule is "coming soon" but the wording for the other 2 suggests they may have been finished or nearly so.

They aren't listed in HOL or other games lists afaik

I've wondered about this for years.

I think they used adverts from ST Mouse Trap:

Time Capsule is still mystery.

I think you've figured it out, thanks!

That means Time Capsule probably wouldn't have been an Amiga game either. StarSoft published games up until at least 1989 so either it got canceled or it's hopelessly obscure.

According to that site, Aliants and Pirates (for ST) are preserved, which is good, but half of StarSoft's ST catalog is undumped:

Powerstone and Elf Lord's Magic
Santa Paravia and Fiumaccio
Stock Market

(That's just an FYI in case any ST fans are reading, sorry for the off topic)
