MY GOD! Toni is a genius! WinUAE is awesome! You guys on this forum ROCK! In case you have not gathered from my comments of euphoria I have successfully got WinUAE to recognise (and boot from) my A1200's HD thanks to this little Sharkoon gubbins and the helpful comments on here. I will find some time to transfer lots of bits & bobs to & from. It was so simple! EVERYTHING Amiga is GRRRRRREAT!! |

When I was dumping Sherlock Holmes CDTV I made use of this trick too. I dumped CDTV to A600HD over serial. Then took out the A600 disk and fitted it into my external USB caddy with WinUAE. Worked great
