Dear Dave,

the Philips CM8833-II is practically identical to the Commodore 1084S. (There are many different variations of them with various input connector layouts, and AFAIK the Philips has an extra color/monochrome switch which is missing from the Commodore version, but the internal electronics are ~99% identical.)

As for any monitor that is capable of receiving PAL video signals (both analog RGB and composite), the standard "PAL" driver is perfectly sufficient for the Philips 8833-II.

Why have you searched driverguide for an AMIGA driver ? You want to conenct this to an Amiga or a PC? This monitor DON'T WORK with the PC!

It would work on a PC with this:

If only it had dual outputs, I'd have already bought one.. Sounds like the perfect option for connecting my PC to my TV.
