RGB to SCART to HDMI monitor

Will this converter work if I transfer RGB from Amiga into Scart on the converter and then from HDMI out into the monitor?

It has to work with all Amiga standard resolutions.

It says it takes RGB on the Scart input, so yes, it should work IMHO.

If it ruin the framerate it's not what I'm looking for. I guess I will buy a cheap flatscreen TV instead

Is it really that expensive to make a monitor with minimum 15khz and 50hz instead of 30khz and 60hz?

Thankfully there are still loads of tube tv's around. Better pic quality than lcd with a scart for that Miggy retro-feeling
